Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Payment Terms

Payment is due by the due date stated on each invoice issued by MEI Residential Ventures LLC. MEI Residential Ventures LLC provides contracted residential housing services and related housing administration to institutional and business clients.

Payments may be made by ACH, bank transfer, wire transfer, or another payment method approved by MEI Residential Ventures LLC.

Housing services, payment obligations, and related charges are governed by the applicable written agreement between MEI Residential Ventures LLC and the client. If the terms of an applicable written agreement differ from these general payment terms, the written agreement will control.

Any returned, rejected, or failed payment remains due and must be promptly replaced using an approved payment method.

Housing-Related Costs

Amounts billed may include contracted housing services and applicable housing-related costs, including rent, deposits, administrative charges, utilities, insurance, or other expenses when provided for under the applicable agreement.

Refund Policy

Payments for housing services and related charges are generally non-refundable once the applicable housing service period has begun or MEI Residential Ventures LLC has incurred or committed the corresponding housing costs.

Refunds may be issued for duplicate payments, overpayments, billing errors, or other amounts determined by MEI Residential Ventures LLC to have been paid in excess of the amount owed.

Refundable security deposits, when applicable, are handled separately in accordance with the applicable written agreement and underlying property requirements.

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method when practical. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Payment Disputes

Clients should contact MEI Residential Ventures LLC promptly regarding any billing question or disputed charge so the matter can be reviewed before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Third-Party Services

Certain housing, banking, payment-processing, or other services may be provided by independent third parties. Their terms and policies may also apply.
